Duties and Responsibilities
Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Work with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to test and deploy robotic systems
Work with the engineering team to discover bugs and document issues
Deploy, operate, and oversee robot fleets along with remote robot pilots
Manage all on site installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and testing.
Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
Testing and commissioning at customer sites.
Able to interpret wiring diagrams and diagnose electrical problems
Familiarity with shop tools (e.g. machine tools, mill, saws, welding)
Exercise flexibility at work such as to travel to customer sites on short notice and/or to work within the customer work environment and hours, together with night shifts where necessary
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
Qualifications, Skills, Experience
Education – Experience with robotics/mechatronics/automotive or Degree/Diploma in Engineering discipline
Experience – Min 2 years’ experience in servicing appliances / equipment / machines
Experience – Able to troubleshoot and repair both electrical and electronic components
Language – English
Industry – Robotics / Mechatronics / Automation / Medical Device
Language –2nd Language preferably Mandarin
Independent, self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
Passionate about robotics, cars, computers, etc.
