What you do
Project management responsibilities include delivering projects on time within budget and scope. Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis, but more importantly, are able to get the best out of the people and projects that they oversee.

The main goal of Project Team is to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Duties and responsibilities
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience
• Education –Engineering Degree / Diploma or equivalent
• Experience – Possess Technical background, with proven work experience in Project Management or similar role
• Experience – Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience – Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• Experience – Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Language – Strong command of English

Good to have
• Industry – Robotics / Mechatronics / Automation

• Certification – PMP
• Computing – JIRA, Microsoft (Project/Planner), Asana, Proggio, Google Suite
• Language – Second language preferably Mandarin
• Computers and Electronics - Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
