Senior Account Executive

Responsible for the posting of daily transaction AP /AR, Payment, Receipt, Journals.
Prepare payments to vendors and claims (Process Payment, Payment Voucher, Receipts, Cheques.
Ensure accounting standards and policies are adhered.
Responsible for issuing payment, prepare Management reports, including debtors and/or creditors ageing reports, cash flow report and prepare monthly payroll and other ad-hoc reports as required.
Check and ensure all transaction are supported with proper approval and relevant supporting documents are attached.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Reporting to managing Director and ultimately Board of Directors, effective communication skill with individuals at all level of the Organization.
