Finance Lead

The Opportunity
We are searching for Finance Lead who is highly motivated, mission-driven and eager to build a company that's making meaningful impact on e-commerce logistics technology. You will be the key executive leaders that run financial operations and scale with us.

*Job Responsibilities *

• Lead finance team to oversee daily financial routines, needs and coordinations
• Lead financial transactions with service providers and partners
• Develop and implement short, mid and long term strategic plans to lead finance service delivery, cost approvals & optimization, performance improvements, support operational & growth
• Collaborate with international teams for cross border financial procedures and operations
• Ready monthly consolidated financial reports to CEO
• Build a considerate and inclusive operations culture, supporting the team through mentorship
• Be an inspirational leader to our company and drive the vision, execution and management of best practices in financial operations and growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold at least Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or similar fields
• At least 5 years of working experience and comfortable working with startups
• Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams
• Ideally, you have experience managing finance, legal components of a business and comfortable with spreadsheet modeling and projections
• Execution-oriented and creative problem-solving skills. You know when to prioritize getting something out the door and when to prioritize getting something to perfection
• Proven ability in project management and executing against goals/metrics
• Excellent communication, written & oral presentation skills
• Like autonomy and responsibility - you'll have tons of opportunity to contribute without bureacracy
• Comfortable working with ambiguity & fast-changing - since we're an early-stage startup, projects and priorities shift and you should be able to help keep the team on focus
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics or retails.
