Digital Experience Manager (Remote)

Do slow, clunky, and overcomplicated websites make you feel like face planting into a hot frying pan? Does your blood pressure rise to a veiny-forehead, purple-tinged-face-inducing rage when brands take the longest route to make the simplest point?

We’re looking for a superstar UX/UI and UJ manager that can iron out the creases in our customer journey across our digital platforms. Someone who knows that patience is a virtue, poker is a numbers game, friction burns, and dating is all about first impressions.

Your top priorities will be to:-

• Streamline our website experience for all potential and returning customers
• Develop top-to-bottom funnels across all digital platforms
• Cut out the crap by constantly analysing and optimising our processes
• Lead web development and digital design

1. Experience developing UX/UI
