Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Venture Architect to join our team that can build the blueprint for new digital businesses and execute on that. You’re responsible for the strategy, stakeholder management, and team leadership. Our teams function as small, independent founder teams, and the Venture Architect is the acting CEO.

What to expect

As Venture Architect no one day will be the same. You will be the responsible person for a specific startup:

• End-to-end responsibility, from idea validation to delivering the MVP
• Lead your startup team of co-founders from Product, UX Design, Growth, and Tech
• Learn fast and fail fast. The typical startup duration is between 3-9 months
• Stakeholder Management: You need to challenge them, but also align with them and pitch regularly for funding in the board and work with CxOs of the client organization to create synergies
• Be part of a great team at Stryber and get support with solid methods

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in the field of business, science, or engineering with outstanding academic results
• You have founded a startup or have held a C-level position in a startup (preferably early stage) with significant achievements in your role
• Alternatively, you have 5+ years experience in an innovation consulting firm, a top strategy consulting firm, or venture capital fund
• You have extensive knowledge of lean startup and agile methodologies
• You have also a solid experience in applying these in the startup life, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams of 5+
• If you have additional experience in venture capital, that’s a plus
• You have demonstrated strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty, have entrepreneurial grit, and you are passionate about startups
• Willingness travel on a regular basis to work closely with the venture's target audience
• Fluent in German and English language
• You are available full-time (part-time or freelance is not possible)
