About Creator Partnerships

The Creator Partnerships team at Influenxio works with thousands of creators, influencers, public figures, etc., all referred to as our creator partners. We support them in their journey on Influenxio. The team's ultimate objective is to empower the creators, support their success, earn their trust, and ensure their safety and benefit. The Creator Partnerships team manages and maintains direct relationships with our key creator partners to ensure that these relationships meet the joint growth objectives of partners and Influenxio. This team also runs creator-focused scaled programs and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in these relationships.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven, and people-driven Creator Partnerships Manager to join the team, helping thousands of creators on Influenxio grow and succeed. This role is key to helping unlock growth with our partners through strategic market development, exciting creator-led programs, piloting new product solutions, and curating best-in-class partner relationships. This job requires high levels of creativity and problem-solving abilities, and we are looking for someone who can think strategically, and articulate their vision yet also roll up their sleeves to get the job done. This person will be a motivated self-starter who is excited about working simultaneously in fast-paced environments and on multiple projects. They can find solutions to ambiguous problems and are comfortable in any room to educate, advocate and excite internal and external stakeholders, bringing positivity to the work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators/influencers to Influenxio.
  • Manage a portfolio of creator accounts and maintain strong relationships with key creators.
  • Be the primary point of contact and work with internal cross-functional teams towards creator-side growth goals: active user rate, monetization, engagement, business growth...etc.
  • Drive strategy, implementation, programs, and optimization of Influenxio technology for managed partners.
  • Establish resources and educate Creators on best practices, develop customized plans based on data, help solve technical issues, and optimize overall performance.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends to drive the team's strategic approach as they relate to creator relationships.
  • Collaborate with creators to develop innovative and high-impact social integrations, lead the operational management of partnership projects and drive adoption for key product launches.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to ensure that Influenxio is taking creators' input into account with relevant product and policy decisions.
  • Support day-to-day operations, prioritize incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance for creators.
  • Be the face and voice of Creators to our internal teams, and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 5+ years experience working in creator management; community management; strategic partnership; or growth marketing
  • Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
  • Strategic thinking; proven ability to drive growth and scale communities by setting and executing a targeted strategy.
  • Have a growth and analytical mindset. Think and act like an entrepreneur; is resourceful and goal driven.
  • Strong empathy for our community AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Enthusiastic for popular culture, the social media ecosystem, artistic creativity, and technology.
  • Ability to work independently to drive multiple time-sensitive, high-priority projects. And a team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Fluency in English is a plus
