The Role

You will be a key driving force in the evolution of Blockchain technology.

Blockchain technology is one of the most prominent technologies in recent years, combining cryptography, decentralized systems, VMs, etc. to provide a decentralized trust system.

There are many projects around the world applying blockchain technology in different fields (finance, gaming, education, healthcare, etc.) to provide more efficient solutions. However, blockchain applications are still struggling to enter the mainstream market, and one of the biggest obstacles is the complicated/cumbersome user experience.

Blocto is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive the way we connect with potential users to grow Blocto’s active user base. You will work as a member of the integrated marketing team on strategic efforts that support the overall growth of the organization.

As the right person for the job, you’ll care deeply about how to leverage different channels and strategies to reach new audiences and build an enduring brand, be creative about the deployment of marketing messages, and be rigorous about learning from the data you collect and the experiential campaigns you run.

The ideal candidate will manage the digital marketing and content team, work cross-functionally with product and business development to work on funnel optimization (acquisition, conversion, and retention), product marketing, content creation and paid marketing, such as branding and PR.

What You’ll Be Doing
Work on integrated campaign, starting with strategy, brief, creating new marketing content that drives results and measuring performance
Ideate, build, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels.
Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability
Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth.
Understand and help define product value propositions and position them in line with ideal customer profiles and target markets of interest
Keep abreast of the latest crypto and blockchain landscape, leverage new emerging channels and identify opportunities to accelerate growth
Work closely with the wider marketing team and collaborate with different functions (e.g. Product, Community & Social Media, Developer Relations, BD) for comprehensive campaign rollouts

We’re sure you’re great, and in order to succeed in this role, you have:
Experience in managing a wide range of growth tactics.
Successful history in developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs including paid ads, email, events, and partnerships.
Data-driven mindset and are comfortable using data to define goals, make decisions and measure the impact
5+ years of growth / acquisition marketing experience gained in digital-driven business (FinTech / payment/ blockchain / cryptocurrency / NFT-related being a big PLUS)
Great organization and project management skills; ability to manage multiple and changing priorities under tight deadlines in a busy, evolving, fast-paced environment
Strong team player who can incorporate input from others and can generate consensus through inclusion.
Good sense of ownership with an execution-oriented mindset, are an inventive problem solver, have a high level of accountability and emotional intelligence.
Knowledge in crypto communities and culture, with a focus on content strategy and content creation
Near-native verbal and written communication skills; business English fluency is a must
