We are looking for a Talent Acquisition to expand our project team and development team. You will be working in Taipei. This role involved working on project management across talent acquisition, ensuring portfolio management best practices are adopted. Those with a deep interest or experience in Human Resources Management and Project Management are encouraged to apply.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Previous experience of searching on technology talent is a plus
• Detail-oriented and diligent

Role Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
• Promote the employer brand online and offline
• Attracting candidates in the technology sector
• Interviewing and assessing candidates
• Talent management, including new approaches, talent pools and present to key stakeholders
• Managing a portfolio of candidates by remaining in close contact with individuals actively and passively seeking a new position
• Assisting with any necessary administrative support to project management
