The candidate needs to have a qualification of the Senior NLP Engineer, Machine Learning Application developer who is passionate about NLP, NLG, CV, GANs and Deep Learning in general and loves learning and exploring niche AI applications. The person should have strong experience with Transformers, Openai GPT3, GPT2 and other models. The person should love to write code that is easy to read and understand. Be goal-oriented and believe in building customer-centric AI products. We also build Multimodal applications that involve NLP and Computer Vision domains.

ABOUT YOU

You have 8-12 years of relevant experience in Computer Science. You are looking to get in on the ground floor of the startup with a proven leadership team. Prior startup experience is a huge plus!

You are proficient in Python, Node.JS enthusiast. You have years of experience with Angular, React, and/or Vue and have a strong opinion on state in the frontend.

You have a strong understanding of Microservices and how they are modeled; you have practical experience with technologies like Messaging Buses (eg Kafka, NATS), Protocol Buffers, and Clustering.

You get easily excited about Continuous Delivery. You know your testing tools and are comfortable with platforms like Docker, CircleCI, and Artifactory.

We need those who love to write code that is easy to read and understand, the goal-oriented and believe in building customer-centric AI products. 2.5+ years of experience working in a team as a Machine Learning Developer.

• Experience in building Machine learning models with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, FastAI, torchtext, HuggingFace and Sklearn frameworks.
• API Integration in Python with Flask for ML serving.

• Auto-encoding Models (BERT, RoBERTa and others)
• Auto-regressive Models (GPT, GPT-2 and others)
• Experience in Data Visualization and Data preprocessing using H2O, Orange, Scikit learn, pandas, seaborn, and XLMiner.
• Experience in working with large datasets in NLP, Computer Vision like SLNI, MLNI, and ImageNet datasets.
• Experience working with NLTK, and Stanford CoreNLP to preprocess text for NLP Model.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience using AWS technologies such as EC2, S3, Lambda.
• Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming and RESTful API development.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills, along with problem-solving and analytical skills.

You know the modern technical stack from the network up and are incredibly grateful that you can programmatically control all of it thanks to AWS or Azure or Google.

You have a deep respect for the challenges associated with operating a large-scale system in production, and your designs and implementations reflect that understanding.

You’ve built highly scalable products that involve some, or all, of the following components: fault-tolerance, high availability, e-commerce and distributed microservices.

You enjoy creating unconventional solutions to the most challenging requirements.

You keep up with the latest industry trends and aren’t afraid to write code to learn new tech.

You understand that great Engineering teams are built upon relationships, just as much as they are built on awesome code.
