As InmoPRO's Customer Operations Coordinator you'll mediate the operation of the sales cycle between affiliates, Lamudi and developers ensures a streamlined effective sales process
Responsibilities:
Incorporation of all new external sales representatives to the company
Manage the sales cycle of assigned external sales agents.
Manage the visit calendar of the external sales network.
Coordinate visits of external agents directly with real estate developers
Continuous improvement in property visitation, negotiation and sales closure processes
Manage client portfolio: new and existing
Coordinate the distribution of development information in coordination with the inventory leader
Update and share the best practices sales and distribution knowledge base
Manage the loading of information about visits and sales in our internal CRM
Identify instances of sales fraud and support improvement action plans
Manage timely or automated communications (CRM) for the external sales network
