It is an exciting time to be in Sales at NexHealth. Our SaaS platform has a strong need by doctors and has a compelling sell. The team is growing onsite out of our HQ in Draper, Utah and we have aggressive plans to scale the team in the hundreds. At this stage, we are focused on acquiring market share quickly and joining the team now would put you at the forefront of a lot of growth to come in the next few months and years.
The Sales Leader role is initially responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and positioning yourself for long-term growth to lead other leaders as we scale the team and expand into new verticals outside of Dental. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders within sales and cross-functionally to build processes and structure. We are looking for the right candidate with critical thinking and data-driven qualities that has a passion for coaching and leading AEs with varying levels of experience and skilled in devising and executing on strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Build processes and structure to help us scale for long-term growth out of our Draper, Utah HQ
- Grow and lead a team of ~8 Account Executives to consistent quota attainment through daily sales leadership and ownership of team performance
- Mentoring and coaching of individual AEs through both 1:1 and team based training sessions to accelerate ramp of new hires and performance of existing team members
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to execute GTM strategy at team level on a daily basis
- Thoughtfully monitor, analyze and report on key team metrics and forecasts on daily and weekly basis with Sales leadership
- Own a high energy environment focused on performance where Account Executives feel that they can develop into their fullest potential
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years experience as a frontline leader managing and developing Account Executives
- 3+ years experience supporting teams cross-functionally
- Strong understanding of selling in a high-velocity sales environment
- Strong experience of CRM administration, reporting, and forecasting
- Track record of strong ownership of leadership responsibilities and delivery of results
- A passion for developing and training Account Executives
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and understand the company’s products and services
- BA/BS degree
