What we're looking for

We are hiring a world-class team of software engineers and creatives to architect, implement, and deploy a consumer-facing product that will empower users to gather meaningfully in NOWHERE's 3D worlds.

We're seeking a tech savvy product lead to own the product's strategic vision and to work very closely with our senior technology leaders, and founder / head of product and design, to collaborate on how technology decisions will inform end-user experiences.

You will shape the product direction, become familiar with end-user workflows, and design systems to deliver our vision.

In these early stages, you must be comfortable with iterating quickly: working with the founding team to implement new 2D and 3D UX, and ultimately deploy your work in early product releases

Since we are a fully remote company, you thrive in a remote collaborative environment, can quickly integrate feedback into your own vision of the product, and work closely with designers and engineers to refine our overall vision together.

What we value in a Product Lead

• Successful prior experience in bringing highly complex products from cradle to mass adoption
• Deep product strategy experience
• Excellent portfolio designing digital products, ideally work building social platforms, games and/or startups
• Sketching/wireframes to high-fidelity mockups in Sketch and/or Figma
• Affinity for user empathy, user research and user-centric design
• Communicates simple + elegant solutions to complex problems
• High levels of organization and prioritization wizardry
• Experience with engineering and JIRA agile workflow
• Self-starter who works through ambiguity
