Ecommerce CRO & Growth Consultant

CRO Gurus is looking for a new eCommerce growth specialist to join our team. This position is fully remote.We are a fully remotely hands-on Ecommerce growth consulting company and are looking for a person to help our clients optimize & grow their online stores. Your job is to eventually take the full lead on some of our clients and help in masterminding strategies and implementation for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• You will be accountable for client retention together with a project coordinator & a junior consultant.
• Manage ~$15-20k in monthly recurring clients.
• Handle between 5-7 clients at any given time.
• Be an internal support specialist (eventually capable of leading a small team of 3).

To excel in this position you need to understand Ecommerce growth hacking & optimization (CRO & AOV optimization). You will also need to have a foundation of digital marketing in general and be able to communicate well in English. Please note that we don't drive traffic at all, so media buying expertise will not be needed.

Must have a passion for Ecommerce and improving businesses with an eagerness to continuously improve your skills. You are a problem solver and a dependable person who is always giving out his best.

The work will be for 120 hours per month (30 hours per week), and starts with a 50% testing period of a month (half the hours)
