🚀 The Role
We’re looking for a creative and driven content marketer to join our team to lead our content distribution strategy in a full time and fully remote role.
We need someone that is analytical and process orientated that also has a good understanding on how to grow distribution channels and measure impacts from tests. You don’t need to be an SEO expert but you have a good level of understanding to ensure we are using best practices and are optimizing for organic growth.
Within this role you will have input on the content Blayze is creating, but you will not be responsible for making the content. Your responsibility will be focused on:
- Increase distribution of Blayze free content to drive organic website viewership growth
- Increase conversion rates from free blog visitors to Blayze+ customers
- Increate time on page for Blayze content
- Strategy on scaling our content channels
This list is not exhaustive. Ultimately, we're looking for someone with enough experience to tell us what we need to do to be successful — not someone that we assign to various marketing tasks. We are looking for a leader.

- You’re analytical and know how to run tests and measure results from those tests.
- You're able to evaluate and adjust on the fly.

- You're a great collaborator and comfortable working autonomously, while keeping your team up to date asynchronously.
- You're a master multitasker. This job requires juggling a lot of balls, so your organization and project management skills should be on point.
📍 Location
- This position is remote.
- You need to be able to overlap for 4+ hours per day with US pst. time zone.
