Red Basil Technologies is a new startup building a B2B digital marketplace for food and beverage establishments (e.g. restaurants, cloud kitchens) and their suppliers (e.g. wholesale food distributors, traders etc.). Our mobile app-based solutions include a digital storefront for suppliers, contracting, procurement, order fulfillment and payment workflows for restaurants.
We have recently launched in Delhi NCR market and getting enthusiastic feedback from customers. Looking for passionate, curious, go-getters to join the founding team and help lead our Go-to-Market effort in Gurgaon/Delhi/Noida.
Must have - prior experience in sales planning, go-to-market strategy and execution, preferably in food and beverage or an alied sector
Key ask - create repeatable and scalable GTM processes and delivery team. Significant, measuable contribution to sales and business growth.

Either full-time or part-time contract position, with the option to convert to full-time after 4 weeks. A generous, results-linked compensation plan is on offer for the right candidate.
