plugHR Manager (Hiring focus)

As a plugHR Manager, you'd be responsible for managing talent acquisition function for our client partner. Your key responsibilities would be:

• Creating job advertisements on major job boards
• Screening and evaluating candidates, scheduling functional interviews
• Negotiating terms of engagement, onboarding candidates

You would need to gain thorough understanding of client business, talent requirement, cultural fitment and keep them ahead in the search for talent.

This role can be performed remotely, though option to do few days from office is open in case you're based in Pune. If you have managed hiring of accounting teams, that would be a definite plus.
