About Polly is a direct to consumer personal care brand for people with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Our mission is to fill a gap in personal care by creating products that treat the frequency and severity of the visible symptoms that people with PCOS experience. Currently people with PCOS are left to use products on the market that either offer a short fix or no fix at all. This in turn creates waste and excess spending in their personal care routine from testing products after products that do not perform as directed. It also creates a sense of exclusion because they are not the targeted audience of these products.We solve these problems by creating all of our products with the support of an advisory board of endocrinologists, gynecologists, dermatologists, and nutritionists.These medical professionals are the cornerstone of PCOS treatment. We also will maintain low prices without forfeiting the quality of our reusable and refillable products.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Work with team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
- Assist in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on company requirements.
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
- Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
- Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet company's requirements.
