You'll work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organization from Sales to Engineering in order to gather and synthesize data that inform your approach, and clearly articulate its impact to the Executive level.
What you'll do:
Manage and execute a growth marketing strategy that drives acquisition and usage and builds toward the long-term vision of helping members reach financial resiliency.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to design campaigns, influence new products and updates, reduce attrition through the onboarding funnel, and run effective launch playbooks for new customers.
Analyze data from multiple sources to grow existing channels, identify new channels and opportunities that drive growth, and prioritize the most impactful projects.
Present updates to the leadership team on performance, results, and new initiatives on a weekly & monthly basis.
Develop close partnerships with our external partners and build new partnerships to accelerate growth.
Build forecasts and budget plans in close collaboration with other team members.
What you'll need:
Ability to drive growth.
Experience marketing a solution that is complex.
Experience in a B2B2C organization is a plus.
Strong project management skills.
You're able to juggle multiple competing priorities, operationalize processes wherever you can, and rally stakeholders in order to drive towards a shared goal.
Cross-functional collaboration. You effectively partner and communicate with internal and external stakeholders from a variety of expertise.
Ability to think creatively and analytically. You're comfortable digging into the data yourself, experimenting with new ideas, and building bespoke launches.
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. You have a bias towards action, adapt quickly to changes, and can persevere to get things done.
