We’ve started off by redefining how to vet construction professionals, systemising the process of obtaining quotations and simplified cost reviewing. As the light at the end of the tunnel through the pandemic begins to brighten, we are building our support team to take on the growing volume of orders coming through. We need 2 customer support specialists to join our support team immediately. Your job will be to manage live orders, support users on our platform and build relationships with construction professionals.
This is a chance to join an innovative and rapidly growing team at an exciting point of business scale-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage live orders at each stage
- Respond to user support calls, live chats and emails
- Support users through a project and platform related issues, ensuring expectations are managed
- Compile and analyse reports on the Weaver platform
- Carry out warm sales calls to contractors and consultants
- Build long standing relationships with supply-side users
- Run and analyse growth tests on any parts of the business
- Plenty of opportunities to dive into other parts of the commercial team, such as sales, onboarding and marketing (according to ability)
Requirements
- BA degree or equivalent
- Systematic and efficient
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communications, including confidence on the phone
- Ability to learn quickly from peers and apply these learnings
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and implement lasting solutions
- Proactively make suggestions during team meetings
- Enjoy working in a small team environment
- Dynamic and adaptable to the fast-paced startup environment where you will have to wear many different hats in the same day
- Comfortable giving and receiving candid feedback regularly
