Sales and Marketing Manager

ClasShare is an Edtech startup. We are now in an accelerator program and has gained various interests from investors. Our mission is to provide kids with engaging, high-quality, skill-based classes that challenge them to reach their full potential.

We are seeking a sales/marketing lead who has the potential to be our core team member. You must be passionate about educating our future generation and share the same vision as ClasShare has.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.
• Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers mostly via email, and phone.
• Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
• Tracking customer progress and providing feedback to management.
• Providing effect administrative support.
• Generate leads, reach out to schools.
• Build sales funnel.
• Managing and execute email, digital, content marketing & PR

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication and can think creatively to solve problems
• Enjoy and appreciate the creative aspects of marketing, such as brand building and visual design
• Experience building new tools, systems, and processes within a quickly growing organization
• High technical competency for the implementation of Email Service Providers (ESPs) and related CRM & marketing software such as Hubspot.
• Knowledge of how to support and develop others and enjoy the process of leading initiatives and teams
• Have strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Experienced with online education and programming for children
• Goal-oriented, success with meeting and exceeding sales goals
