software architect

- In this position you will report directly to the CTO/COO.
- Software architecture, overall platform architecture
- Decision on software development tools, internal programming and documentation standards etc.
- Coordination of requirements, concepts, resource planning, budgets etc. together with CTO/COO and CFO and in line with business growth planning
- Support for project implementation, including realization of associated software development tasks
- Software development process, including quality management and testing
- Sourcing, partner management and coordination in regards to software development and project implementation tasks
- As a computer sciences expert you are familiar with software development processes, quality management, resource management
- You deeply understand web software design and programming (including Java, JavaScript), communication protocols, IT security
- Ability to work within a start-up company, meaning tackling not delegating, and being utterly flexible
- Personal drive, goal-oriented, ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Analytical, organizational skills (project management skills) as well as people management skills and experiences
- English and German fluency, both in speech and writing
