Investor Relations Officer

We are looking for a self-motivated remote salesperson who is willing to work at home and looking for ongoing sales opportunities. Fluent spoken and written English is essential. As part of the job, you will need at least a 10mbps internet connection at home, and a stable computer, and a headset. The job consists of a base salary and lucrative commission structure.

The Preferred Investor finds accredited investors that are interested in investing and matches them with investments in the market.

This particular position is for a specific TPI client with a real estate investment offer, with a minimum deal size of $150K.

All leads are provided.

This job would fit a salesperson who really enjoys establishing and making long-term relationships with their customers, and is organized to maintain relationships with great note-taking.

Market Background

Most real estate investments are a min of 5 years. The returns range in the market, 2% - 16% (16% being highly risky and normally long term).

Your Task

We have a prospect from an email, who has responded to say they are interested. Record how you would introduce yourself and the offer.

• What type of questions would you ask to build relationships, and prequalify the investor?
• The customer has asked “I am worried about investing because of Covid and market instability. How would you respond to that question?

You should also include a quick overview of your skills, background, and successes.

Work Experience needed: 2+ Years in sales, with financial, real estate, or timeshare experience preferred.

**BASE SALARY + COMMISSION(FOR EVERY SUCCESSFUL SALE)

Equipment needed: Min 10MB consistent internet, computer (desktop or laptop / not tablet), headset, consistent quiet place to work 8 hours each day. Hours Tues - Friday, based on the US depending on time zone 9 am - 8 pm Eastern with 1:45 total daily break time. (37 hours weekly) with 3 day weekends.
