The Role

To be a successful in the role, we are looking for the talent to own the
following task
● Oversee Partnership & Growth : prioritisation of business, strategic
and financial assessment, structuring and negotiation of new
partnership and ongoing partner management
● Accountable for success metrics for the Partnership & Growth
● Collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
in product, engineering, marketing, ad-sales..etc serving as an
advocate for your partners while achieving target growth
● Lead-cross functional initiatives with internal and external teams
● Growth would include local Marketing, Social, User acquisition,
retention, lifecycle management, platform localisation and hacking
on opportunities.
● Partnerships would include content, promotions, influencers, music,
monetisation, etc.
Alignment and delivery of Short term, Near term and long term
business and brand goals.
○ Working with the team on clearly defined KPI’s.
○ Emphasise accountability and metrics
● Building and maintaining the culture of the organization in the local
market.
● Constructive governance leadership and processes management
● Consumer and business perception of the brand and organization in
the local market

Requirement
Min 12-15 years of experience in leadership role
● Successful track record of managing business relationships and
cross functional projects
● Able to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to
achieve goals
● Experience building and managing relationships with senior
business leaders, both internally and externally
● Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing
initiatives at scale and delivering results.
● Ideally from a Growth / Partnerships background with the ability to
build a team, users and eco-system relationships.
● Past experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
