The opportunity

Reflora Initiative is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build the Product & Technology team. Your mission will be to support the ideation, construction and analysis of products, with deep investigation of client’s needs and pains. We are looking for a high energy, creative and proactive individual to join the team and work closely to the founders.

In this role, your mission will be to build incredible products and features interacting with internal and external stakeholders that help achieve our mission: to make sustainable business possible, to all businesses. This role involves a high sense of prioritization and responsibility, in order to help build the company and be responsible for integrations with external and internal teams. You will be supported by a highly experienced management team that will be responsible to share their knowledge and help you build your career. Expect to be working in a highly motivating environment full of good people who are focused on building a better world.

A lot of decision making is expected, and the successful candidate will be comfortable talking about business aspects and transforming that into code.

Your role

• Deep understanding of existing tools and clients’ needs and pains.
• Developing features roadmap in interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Building the tools that make a sustainable world possible, step by step.
• Deep commitment and responsibility over deliverables.

Your Skills

• Full stack development with knowledge of ASP.Net, React and CSS.
• Comfortable with API development.
• Firebase knowledge.
• Ability to integrate technical and business assessments.
• Nopcommerce knowledge is a plus.
• Believing that sustainability is possible.
