TECHNICAL CO-FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Tara! Since the first lockdown, I’ve been working on LENDER - a discovery and matchmaking platform that allows people to borrow and lend clothing safely.
I’m seeking a visionary CTO and Co-Founder who wants to roll up their sleeves and join the beginning of this one-in-a-lifetime opportunity to change how the world relates towards clothing.

The goal is simple: build a world where lending becomes the new shopping powered by world class technology to create a seamless exchange experience.

State of the project 🎯 : In partnership with a team I was able to build an MVP in the format of a web app. This trial is taking place as we speak. I have focused on growing the community organically through live events and aiming that by the end of the year we have proof of concept with a view towards a first round of investment.

Desired profile 🔍 : The role is aimed at a super technical wizz to help develop a world class technology interface from which our members will be able to connect and lend. This means developing stunning, yet intuitive web and/or mobile apps for members to use and utilize technologies that provide services such as: ID verification and payments integration, geo-location, token system (blockchain), matchmaking algorithms and bring everything together.

LENDER is looking for someone who wants to make a mark in the world, who doesn't just want to be a tiny cog in the wheel of a corporation, but who wants to be truly influential in daily decisions and be a part of something bigger than themselves. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys solving difficult problems and can cope with the rollercoaster ride that is a start-up.

Are you an experienced engineer/developer who has full-stack knowledge and abilities? Requirements: Able to develop web application end-to-end (full stack) (Bonus if you have iOS and Android development experience) 3+ Years Industry experience (preferably in marketplaces) You've built amazing technology products** Curious for blockchain & tokenization Aligned in values & spirit.

NOTE: This is NOT a paid role. Compensation will be in the form of stock options initially.
