Software Engineer

Rocky is a personal development app for professionals and is helping to develop confidence and skills for success in life and career. Rocky is also one of the first apps that use an Artificial Intelligence, based coaching-chatbot that guides the users daily to reflect and learn on what matters to have a successful day.

We are building up a new R&D hub in Italy, Rome and we are searching for developers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality software and web applications
• Develop and improve a user-friendly and graphical pleasant mobile app
• Extend the AI chatbot and natural understanding models
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Work with customers to create A/B test and integrate user feedback
• Discover and fix programming bugs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Development experience with programming languages
• Experience in mobile app development, design, and/or architecture experience
• Experience in React or Android/iOS Native mobile app development experience
• Strong skill set and passion for UX/UI
• Good English skills
