MutuiAmo is a startup part of the group Immobiliare.it that every day, helps hundreds of first-time home buyers overcome the most complicated and tricky part of the home buying process: the mortgage.

Launch to date, we’ve supported more than 30.000 individuals via strategic partnerships with the key national banks that include, Intesa Sanpaolo, BNL and Crédit Agricole.

MutuiAmo is innovating by providing a free, online consultation available nationwide.

The Role

We’re looking to add a Lead Software Developer to our growing team. Your responsibilities will include implementing the web platform, improving user experience, managing the CRM tool that collects user information, and designing and executing new projects aimed at accelerating growth.

You’ll be responsible for implementing the platform’s software infrastructure from day one and transforming business requests into technical solutions.

We’re looking for an individual that will grow alongside MutuiAmo, evolving as the company does and with the opportunity to build and lead their own tech team.

Tasks

Development and maintenance of web applications using client-side and server-side technologies.

Core Requirements

• Experience in PHP and comprehensive understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience in MySQL and capability to build complex queries, optimize table indexes, and use foreign keys
• Knowledge of Git
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript; ability to analyse, code (objects and modules), and debug
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and Sass

Preferred Requirements

• Good understanding and experience with the most recent versions of PHP
• Extensive experience in the use of REST services and knowledge of HTTP protocols
• Good understanding of Symfony
• Good understanding of ES6 and React
