Job Scope:
Perform receptionist duties, i.e. receiving and serving visitors, attend to incoming calls and facsimiles, handling of mails and overseeing the booking of meeting rooms.
To track/monitor incoming and outgoing correspondences.
Manage/Monitor the office equipment and expenses, i.e. pantry, stationery supplies, office’s cleaning contractor, photocopier and facsimile machine, and other ad-hoc activities.
Booking of air tickets, hotel accommodation, travel requests and assisting with Visa application for staff and foreign guests for local and/or international travel.
Plan and provide support to the Senior Management Team.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels qualification.
3 – 5 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good command of English.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Proactive, responsible, resourceful and independent.
Willing to take up new challenges in a fast moving environment.
