The Role

Job Scope:
● Provide support for HR platforms, including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws, performing scheduled activities, recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
● Provide support through the Shared services implementation and an on-going process improvements or issues on the processes and digital platforms.
● Troubleshoot and resolve system tickets, ensuring timely responses and quality solution documentation.
● Collaborate with business partners to capture and document requirements for organization enhancements and fixes.
● Participates in HR system and integration testing, including testing and supporting users throughout the process.
● Responsible for loading data into the systems.
● Assist with managing the data integrity and security of the HR systems which includes but is not limited to reviewing security groups and running periodic security audits.
● Participate in organization major release review and testing by identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with a new release features/functionality.
● Document and maintain HRIS procedures, user documentation and system updates.
● Maintains proper change management documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls.
● Identify, recommend and track opportunities for process and operational improvements. Analyze and recommend enhancements to business processes and other aspects of system configuration to streamline operations and optimize efficiency while ensuring data integrity.

● Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external colleagues.
● Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and across multiple time zones.
● Knowledge on back-end configuration is beneficial but not essential.
● Possess a strong understanding of HR processes and data.

Requirements:
● Preferably a Bachelor’s or equivalent and entry or basic level experience; or an advanced or equivalent degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

● Receives general instructions on routine work.
● Receives detailed instructions on new work.
● Able to multitask and work well independently.
