IgnitePOST is a service that enables marketing & sales teams to boost conversion rates by 10X. We do this by combining software and robotics to allow teams to send personalized, pen & ink handwritten letters that cut through the digital clutter and gain real brand positioning in the minds of customers and prospects. Our service is playing a critical role in the new Relationship Centric Era, where people are drowning in a sea of digital communication and brands need a personal communication solution that is quick, efficient, and scalable.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing person with experience closing B2B SaaS software sales and a track record of delivering results. Our ideal candidate has an interest and passion for Sales, Customer Growth, and Business Development.

We’ve identified and validated our core product offering, have a clear idea who our target customers are, and are now looking for a Director of Sales that can run and refine our sales process and really springboard our business forward!

The Director of Sales position works cross functionally within IgnitePOST, with the goal of driving platform growth through sales, business development efforts, and user acquisition techniques. You will have the opportunity to interact with current and potential customers as well as other businesses with whom we want to partner.

We are looking for someone with a successful record of closing new business sales, who has had exposure to leadership, accountability, objective setting & results tracking, and is looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be responsible for direct sales to potential clients, as well as for working internally with our marketing and product teams to help drive growth from existing client relationships and to ensure our service offering is in line with market needs.

Most importantly, you’ll make a difference at IgnitePOST. You will be a vital member of the team and you will be able to clearly see how your efforts directly contribute to our top line growth each month.

Experience

  • Experience Closing B2B SaaS software sales
  • Demonstrable increase in responsibility in your previous role(s)
  • Exposure to the full sales cycle – lead generation through close of sale

Responsibilities

  • Close new business with prospects meeting our ICP
  • Lead virtual sales demos
  • Respond to inbound & outbound IgnitePOST interest
  • Engage prospects, nurture opportunities and close key accounts
  • Research and develop Business Development campaigns to industry targets to drive TOFU (Top of Funnel) activity
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Develop our overall growth strategy by overseeing purposeful experiments & analyzing results
