Your role
Matter365 is hiring a Channel Sales Representative (CSR) to join our organization and accelerate the build-out of our channel program. The CSR will be responsible for driving partner growth amongst a set of partners and for the recruitment of new partners within the MSP, CSP, and IT Service Provider markets. The ideal candidate has experience selling solutions-based software, selling through a channel centered model, and in both partner onboarding and enablement.

Your responsibilities

  • Build, grow, and manage channel pipeline across MSP, CSP, and IT Service provider verticals
  • Achieves existing channel partner monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue growth targets
  • Meets new channel partner onboarding and new partner revenue targets
  • Develop outbound campaigns to target and close new channel partners
  • Develop and drive onboarding best practices to optimize customer experience and sell through optimization.
  • Leverage problem solving skills to respond and follow up on inquiries by email and phone
  • Attend training to develop knowledge and skills
  • Full lifecycle ownership of Channel Sales from prospect identification through prospecting, sales, onboarding, and enablement, and retention.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Develop and manage partner account plans that meet company standards.

Your skills and experience

  • 5-7 years sales experience with 3-5 years of prior channel sales experience
  • Successful track record managing channel relationships
  • Deep expertise selling through MSPs, CSPs, and IT Service Providers
  • Experience in selling over the phone is a requirement
  • Success selling SaaS solutions
  • Capability to be self-motivated and act as a team player to help drive and exceed goals
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, trade shows and special projects
  • Strong operational and analytical skills. Ability to describe trends and provide insight from KPI’s.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a penchant for action and results; Excellent project management and creative problem solving skills.
