Job Description:

• Join LD Innovations' rapidly growing Marketing team and play a central role in shaping the company’s growth.
• Partner with Marketing Manager to drive strategic lead generation growth initiatives focused on onboarding, acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, engagement, automations, drip campaigns, and more.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and new opportunities for growth. Define and monitor KPIs to be able to react to changes quickly and decisively.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on email and SMS performance.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytics and data-driven background, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and translate analytic data into strategic insights that drive successful marketing programs.
• At least 3 years of experience with e-commerce.
• Demonstrated success in contributing to e-commerce customer growth by building scalable programs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Comfortable making decisions amidst ambiguity, strong bias for action and high-impact growth.
• Creative self-starter with a can-do attitude; can work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated.
