Head of Engineering

EventOPS is an Event Management SaaS startup that provides back-of-house Event and Facilities Logistics platform to large scale event and facility teams. We are looking for a person with reasonable skills in product, customer and technical management.

This role will report to the CEO.

We are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our dynamic and scrappy development team. We have 8 full-time developers currently on a fully remote team (3 FullStack, 3 front end, and 2 backend), this Head of Engineering will be responsible for managing and growing our team and product.

Ideal candidate has experience managing engineering teams, particularly at a startup, and is willing to be both a lead and code themselves - this role will require both. Experience in Event Technology a huge plus. Enterprise software development also a huge plus.

We utilize AWS, Django, and React primarily - familiarity with these technologies (in particular the Django framework) is required.
