Growth Marketer

We're looking for a full rounded growth marketer to help take our team to the next level!

Building a successful online presence for our customers isn’t about mastering just one channel or running a single campaign. Instead, it requires full funnel awareness of customer acquisition methodology and revenue optimization.

You should be an expert with expansive domain experience in the following skills:

Paid Acquisition Expertise: You should be able to successfully strategize, build, and execute campaigns on any network - primarily Google, Facebook, Bing, and Twitter. Regardless of any new channel or network, you have the chops to expand your skillset.

Funnel Analysis: You should have the insights and understanding to know how a marketing funnel works. You should be innate aware of customer acquisition metrics like CAC, LTV, CVR, and CPC.

Business Acumen: Whether it’s an e-commerce or SAAS company, you should naturally know what levers you can pull and push to increase short term revenue, and long term margin.

Always Be Testing: You should know where breakage in the funnel occurs, and be able to succinctly put together a game plan to get you from broken to hero.

Revenue & P/L Ownership: Ultimately you should be aware that you’re spending someone else’s money, and treat every dollar with care. The buck stops with you. Likewise the success or failure of campaigns ends with you.
