THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial Manager, Customer Acquisition to lead paid media, customer segmentation, and growth marketing. This role is right for you if you are a seasoned growth marketer with deep digital and technical knowledge, a history of running multi-channel, ongoing customer acquisition campaigns for digital-first brands. You have experience segmenting customer databases, gleaning unique insights about those cohorts, and driving action from them to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our paid acquisition campaigns. You understand how to digitally acquire incremental customers, how to nurture an existing customer and trigger an additional visit, and are familiar with the nuances of the channels (email, SMS) required to drive that behavior. You are a self-starter, seek new opportunities to build a brand from scratch, and have a knack for finding ways to grow a business. You lead by example, are technically savvy, and can inspire a matrix of colleagues and partners towards a common goal. THE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all paid media, customer segmentation, and growth marketing
Coordinate the execution of paid campaigns from beginning to end, including management of project timelines, coordinating content creation, managing agency partners, ongoing program optimization, and campaign reporting
Create and manage marketing automation and campaign-based outreach (Klaviyo) in collaboration with the brand and creative team. Identify segments and cross-sell opportunities to grow customer relationships and maximize customer LTV
Champion the strategy development, execution and measurement of customer acquisition
Lead any research, focus groups, surveys, or data collection for the purpose of better understanding our customers and ideating new offers
Oversee the financial modeling and ROI of each offer and the impact each new customer is adding to the overall business
Work with technology partners to create a culture and process for conversion optimization, retention and remarketing
Work with brand marketing on creative development and agency partners optimize campaign set-up
Analyze performance and make data-driven recommendations on how to improve operations
THE CANDIDATE
3–5 years experience in consulting, technology, or start-up
Deep knowledge in digital acquisition, performance marketing, paid media and customer segmentation
Strong track record of managing digital platforms and thinking creatively about the changing digital landscape
A history of driving profitable growth using paid media channels, balancing experimentation while managing towards CPA
A bias for action and confident making decisions
A degree in business, management, or related field
Exceptional communication, excel and influencing skills
A passion for good food, disruptive businesses, and shaping the future of food
