The Role

FRANKiE4 footwear is taking on the USA! Help us hit the ground running.

The FRANKiE4 footwear team is passionate about creating stylish, supportive footwear with game-changing comfort. The established, rapidly growing Australian brand is looking for a Social Media Officer to support our growth in the US!

As part of our US team, our Social Media Officer will execute marketing operations and campaigns to align with our brand and message. This social media whiz will be vital in growing the US arm of FRANKiE4 footwear, working to grow our presence, building relationships and identifying opportunities with the support of the Australian head office team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an innovative company and grow our traction in this country.

Our amazing Social Media Officer will report to the Marketing Director and Vice President of US Ops, and will be responsible for:

*Gifting and Referrals *

  • Strategise and outreach with social influencers in line with FRANKiE4’s brand values and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage gifting to influencers from start to finish including ordering, beautifully packing, and sending footwear as requested.
  • • Follow up with personalities who have been gifted footwear to support satisfaction and relationship building per the ‘FRANKiE4 x GiFTiNG MONDAY board
  • Present the current FRANKiE4 Media Kit to potential collaborations, always presenting the brand in an extremely professional manner.
  • Assist with replying to queries on Facebook and Instagram – monitoring throughout the day.
  • Prioritise and manage quality and timeliness of output is aligned with key campaigns and target market outreach.
  • Evolve processes, templates, systems and the use of technology to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Manage workflow and briefs, working closely with the Creative Manager
  • Present the team with recommendations based off your interpretation of data and results.
  • Manage and maintain annual budget allocations

*Customer Service Support *

  • Maintain, respond and provide advice to customer inquiries on FRANKiE4’s USA social media portfolio, emails and other platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with influencers, aligned businesses and corporate partners.
  • Facilitate the follow up with social media competition winners, ensuring that they receive a positive brand experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues to raise awareness of FRANKiE4’s Seattle concept store.
  • Be able process returns, including for each outcome – refund, store credit, replacement.
  • Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of FRANKiE4 styles and functions of our footwear.
  • Know how to navigate the FRANKiE4 website seamlessly, utilising it frequently to ensure you remain up to date with your knowledge.
  • Hold an understanding of programs integral to the customer service process including; Shopify, Returns Magic, Gmail, MONDAY, Klaviyo, Facebook, Instagram

To thrive in this role, you will need exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, great communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in order to meet conflicting deadlines. Experience in a marketing role, preferably including digital platforms and social media, is expected.
