The FRANKiE4 footwear team is passionate about creating stylish, supportive footwear with game-changing comfort. The established, rapidly growing Australian brand is looking for a Business Operations Manager to drive our USA success!
As part of our US team, our Business Operations Manager will spearhead all daily movement and productivity in the office. This Jack-Of-All-Trades superstar will be vital in growing the US arm of FRANKiE4 footwear, overseeing operations, customer service, retail, and general office management. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an innovative company as our traction grows in the country.
Our amazing Business Operations Manager will report to the COO and Vice President of US Ops, and will be responsible for:
*Operations:
- Oversee and drive operational functions across all US activity, including both daily operations and medium-term goals;
- Plan, implement and review processes, logistics and systems across the US arm on an ongoing basis. Update and improve as needed;
- Coordinate operations and output of US team to achieve company goals;
- Set, maintain and uphold professional expectations across the US arm in cohesion with the FRANKiE4 Employee Handbook. Provide feedback to VP & COO in regards to policies;
- Liaise with VP, COO and directors on business strategy and direction;
- Liaise with Marketing, Stock, Wholesale teams to fulfil US arm’s operational needs;
- Liaise with HR and payroll in managing employee pay and benefits, plus any other HR related issues;
- Recruitment, along with VP, for additional positions when required.
Customer Service / Retail:
- Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of FRANKiE4 styles and the functions of our footwear;
- Train new staff members in all areas of their role in line with the company policies;
- Service all customers in the retail space to the standard expected;
- Answer incoming phone calls to respond to customer inquiries;
- Answer incoming emails with customer inquiries/complaints/faulty products/provide advice in a professional manner;
- Hold an understanding of the programs integral to the customer service process, including:
- Shopify
- Returns Magic
- Dynamics
- RISE
- Klavio
- YOTPO
- Avalara
*Office Management:
- All staff management including recruitment, training, and timesheet assistance.
To thrive in this role, you will need exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, great communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in order to meet conflicting deadlines. Experience in a similar role is expected.
