THE ROLE
- Be responsible for Homeppl's relationship with its clients, including online marketplaces, high-street agencies, developers; and CRMs;
- Be the welcoming point of contact for our clients (£1M - £10M / year, working directly with C-level of giant startups or ultra conservative businesses) as well as build and maintain a strong relationship with them;
- Reach out to clients periodically to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction;
- Respond to their queries or requests, and ensure immediate resolution;
- Conduct periodic surveys to capture NPS and analyse feedback / success metrics;
- Work with Product, R&D, and Operations teams to convey feedback and address clients’ needs or requests;
- Identify weak points and opportunities, and set targets as well as processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure high performance in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment;
- Train clients and their staff to use our products;
- Introduce new features or lines of products
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 3+ years experience managing senior accounts;
- Success record in improving clients' satisfaction;
- Proven work experience in a startup at growth stage (Seed - Series C), preferably FinTech, PropTech, or Cyber;
- Record of adaptability and ability to move fast under uncertainty;
- Have intrinsic motivation, positive attitude, and leadership skills;
- Be organised, accountable, and a autodidact.
