Influencer Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Summary:
You will be coordinating influencers in our network to execute specific TikTok and Instagram Reels campaigns. Your job will just be to handle communication with influencers and input simple data into spreadsheets. You will be working with a team that will provide you with all the necessary help to do your job. An ideal candidate is well experienced in the world of social media and is capable of maintaining ongoing communication with our network of influencers.

Responsibilities:
-Reach out to influencers on instagram DM and Email (We will provide you with the messages to outreach with, and the list of influencers to reach out to.)
-Communicate with influencers (This means answering questions and following up on a regular basis) Note - Your team will get you up to speed so that you will be able to answer any questions the influencers might have (General follow-up messages will be provided for you.)
-Respond to influencers in a professional, timely and friendly way. (ensuring their needs are met while still keeping the goal of overall campaign success at the forefront of importance.)
-Input any data necessary as per the campaign’s needs.
-Communicate with your team frequently to ensure deadlines are met and campaign goals are accomplished.
-Provide general promotional support to meet marketing goals.
-Additional duties as requested.
A typical day may include the following:
-Communicating with your team to understand where your time can be most valuably spent.
-Reaching out to lists of influencers that are provided to you.
-Answering influencer’s questions.
-Following up with influencers and giving them a small push to make content and meet promotional deadlines.
-Updating spreadsheets with pertinent information.
Objectives of the job:
MONTH 1

Learn LGBT50 in and out;, understand our campaign fulfillment process and familiarize yourself with ourthe influencer roster.
Get acclimated with wWorking with our internal LGBT50 team by building strong communication skills between yourself and the rest of the team.
*MONTH 2
Capable of deciding who needs to be followed up with based on your communication with influencers.
Familiarize yourself with our campaign data input processes.
MONTH 3
Fully independent and capable of handling influencer communications.
Able to instruct others on how to handle influencer communication and data input processes.

Note:
-This job will have unorthodox hours, but will provide you with a lot of freedom so long as you make sure all given tasks are done by the end of the day

Starting Pay
$15/hr
