Summary
We are hiring a Director of Operations to support daily operations at Sprightful. This role will mainly be responsible for overseeing engineering and installation for each project. They will coordinate closely with the Director of Permitting, building departments, engineering and installation teams, to maintain the highest standard of quality for each project.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience working in solar or construction projects
• At least 2 years experience in project management
• Knowledge on structural and electrical building codes a plus
• Interest in learning about and staying up to date with new solar technology
• Able to travel to project sites for quality inspections
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at a time
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude for learning and collaboration
• Independent and committed work ethic

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering and design of installation for each project
• Supervise subcontractor and internal tech teams
• Manage material ordering and inventory
• Monitor performance of new and exciting systems and any repairs/maintenance necessary
