Manager of Commercial Operations / Customer Success

We are a highly innovative, tech-driven, fast-growing Silicon Valley-type startup. We brought innovation and technology to small business lending, making it possible for any B2B platform, POS company or lending broker to launch, scale and maintain a lending program.

We are looking for result-driven, experienced Manager of Commercial Operations / Customer Success with proven record of sales growth and success in small business lending and startup ecosystems.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the driver, drive the loan generation process
• Create and promote a unique operations system
• You’ll be willing to flip, turn, spin, and even go through wormholes to grow loan volume. We don’t give up and we don’t set boundaries for you, this is your starship and we’ll let you navigate.

Seriously speaking tho responsibilities include:

• Assisting existing customers (B2B platforms) in loan processing
• Hands-on indirect internal sales (help B2B platforms make sales)
• Customer success (we want these B2B platforms be successful and grow)
• Be an advocate of startup's initiatives and mission

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of managerial experience in small business lending
• 2-3 years experience in Fintech / SaaS / Startup operations and/or sales
• Expertise in optimization, system, and loan funnel building
• Understanding of Sales cycle from lead to close
• Successful track record in selling and growing things
• ISO relationship / strategic partnership experience is a big plus

Our ideal candidate is someone, who:

• MEGA organized that it blows everyone's mind
• Someone like a mid tier vp of operations for kabbage or ondeck or similar
• With past experience in sales / saas sales or even as a direct lender
• Passionate abiut new tech / innovation / startups
• Found oneself too innovative or startup-minded for SMB lending
• Actually wants to help the final customer (the merchant)
