We are currently seeking a **Recruitment Partnerships Manager to spearhead our commitment to forging lasting partnerships with employers to place our bootcamp graduates.
*What you’ll be up to

Farming - You will cultivate and nurture positive relationships with a variety of partners and prospective collaborators (human resources executives, team leaders and people involved in recruitment), spend time sensitizing them to the benefits of hiring our graduates, and ultimately winning their confidence in recruiting from our talent pool.
Hunting - You will lead the search in sourcing key corporate accounts where we can serve as a primary source for talent needs.
Structure - You will maintain a clean database of contacts and companies using our CRM.
Create - You will partner and collaborate with the team to craft the content, sales pitches, educational content and promotional materials needed to attract the interest of employers in hiring our graduates.
Events - You will run and facilitate events such as career fairs, pop-up interviews, meet & greets, luncheon meetings (and more) that will provide our students extensive network-building opportunities.
Network - You will make direct connections and introductions between employers and students.

You have a great capacity for urgency, an ability to keep calm under pressure and a feverish commitment to closing deals.
You have experience with CRM Management (Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesforce)
