Hello all influencer marketing managers!

This is not your typical marketing role.

As the the first influencer/affiliate manager in our fast growing digital agency services division, you will be responsible for building, launching, and managing micro-influencer marketing programs for high-growth e-commerce brands.

It's fast paced, engaging, and rewarding work - working with our cutting-edge (proprietary) brand ambassador technology, alongside a passionate and driven team of A-players.

We are CrewFire.com, a brand ambassador platform that helps DTC e-commerce brands turn their customers into their army of brand ambassadors to drive more referrals, word-of-mouth, user-generated content, and more.

We are on a mission to help independent brands and entrepreneurs grow and thrive, in a world increasingly dominated by big tech, and increasingly hostile to independent businesses.

And it’s working.

Our brand customers are seeing as high as 10-40x ROI, and our own bookings have grown at a breakneck pace alongside them (around 100% MoM growth, every month since June).

Many of our brand customers would love to leverage our platform, they just don't have the bandwidth or expertise to do it on their own.

So we're doing it for them.

A Rare Opportunity

We're at an extremely rare stage for startups - right at the inflection point where we're still a nascent team (less than 10 team members for now...), but with product-market fit just getting dialed and sales ramping up big-time (we're doubling every month!)

As an early team member, you'll be building out this service line on board a rocketship that's taking flight as we speak.

It's an insanely rare and exciting position to be in, and we're looking forward to seeing if you're a good fit....

Who You Are

  • You have at least 3 years experience managing affiliate or influencer programs for e-commerce brands, with a track record of quantifiable success.
  • You are a creative, resourceful, and gritty social media marketing pro - intimately familiar with social media, influencer marketing, and content marketing
  • You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, dig into a project, get creative and resourceful, and drive powerful results.
  • You are a detail oriented manager and leader, and can guide a team of influencers and affiliates towards a common goal and facilitate relationships amongst them.
  • You are a powerful, effective communicator - able to create compelling written & video content that guides people towards effective outcomes.

You Will Be Accountable For

  • Recruiting customers and micro-influencers to join our clients brand ambassador programs.
  • Creating onboarding and training documentation to effectively onboarding & train brand ambassadors.
  • Driving affiliate sales and revenue for client brands (via the brand ambassadors and micro-influencers)
  • Driving user-generated content for client brands (via brand ambassadors and micro-influencers)
  • Managing and facilitating relationships and conversations with the brand ambassador communities

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing influencer or affiliate programs for e-commerce brands, with profitable results (we'll ask you about the numbers behind your past campaigns)
  • Intimate familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce marketing
  • Available to work-full-time during US working hours

Details

This will be a full-time position. Compensation will be competitive with the market, with the opportunity to grow significantly based on performance.

This is a 100% location independent and remote job, but you will be expected to maintain US working hours to communicate effectively with our team and our customers.
