Team And Role Overview
WebFaster is seeking for a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our engineering team. We’re looking for a talented software engineer who can help us with the development and maintenance of next generation tech start-ups. We help startups build a sustainable competitive advantage based on data, design and the digital world. Join our team!

Job Description
• Design, develop and implement quality software and web applications
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Discover and fix programming bugs
• Find scalable solutions that could be implemented in our data service

Professional Skills
• Autonomous with an agile mindset and can adapt and respond to change
• Customer-focused and quality-minded
• Autonomous, motivated and open to feedbacks
• Open-minded, solution-oriented and a team player
• Bring innovative ideas to improve our products, the quality of deliveries and development processes
• Fluent in English or Dutch (spoken and written)

Technical Skills
• Engineer with 3+ years of experience
• Experience with NodeJS
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of MongoDB
• Good communication skills (⇒ sometimes you have the responsibility to discuss certain solutions firsthand with our customers)
• Knowledge of SCRUM project management is a plus
• Knowledge of Python is a plus (or you’ll learn it on the job)

Employment: Fulltime, Stage, Indefinite duration
Salary: €2.000,00 - €2.500,00 /month
