You should be an energitic and shameless sales person(Failure is part and parcel of sales, if you are sensitive or afraid of failing then please excuse).
You got to speak and it doesn't have to be english. We are happy with indian regional languages. it would be an added advantage if you like to debate as the customer will always find some con with a product at the inital stage so you have to have a lot of reburtal.
Tire one and tire two B-School people please excuse. You have to do things on your own as we don't like to push people so you got to push yourself and others(including the cofounders).

About u: we are a bunch of hungry soles trying to solve problems. We are good at think and planning but not so good at excuting the plan.

We have an office( if you wish to visit). If you visit then you will have ample amount of coffee or/and Chai and snacks to keep you going.
You will get a laptop(if you need one) and the spendings for marketing would be taken care through the marketing budget so you don't have to spend your own money.

if you want to try how things are then we are open to freelancing and internships(Don't worry, we know nothing comes free).
