The Role

Skills & Knowledge - RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Total Experience - 10 years
Minimum of 4 years of tire sales experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience within Motorcycle industry
Strong sales, and customer engagement experience
Experience in sales roles opening new business

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires college degree (Economics, Business, or Marketing major preferred)

Major Responsibilities
Establish and Cultivate the US and Canada Moto business though development of the primary (Distributor) and secondary (retailer) sales channels 50%
Establish and review the product needs and opportunities for Moto business in North America, establishing sizes, offerings and volumes to grow market addressed and market share 20%
Provide warranty and claims support, including after sales service with the customers and technical services team to result in dealer and consumer satisfaction 10%
Gather market intelligence, feedback, including on competitors' activity; providing consistent (daily, weekly and monthly) feedback to management to ensure strategic visibility 10%
Coordinate Distributor and Market Marketing needs with Marcom, to grow the brand recognition within North America 10%

Internal & External Relationships
INTERNAL: Global Moto Product Management, Technical services, North America Office (Sales, Finance, Marketing)
EXTERNAL: Customers (B2B) and their sales and other staff, Power sports business retailers and E-commerce accounts, Consumers and influencers within Motorcycle market
