Sales and Retention Specialist

With our aim to deliver the next stage of growth and international expansion, we are looking for a Sales & Retention Executive to join our dynamic fast-growing team in London.

Job purpose and responsibilities:
• Achieving set targets and ensuring annual growth
• Being proactive and able to up-sell and leverage business from existing customers
• Contacting churned customers to discuss their subscriptions, reasons for cancelling, adding value, providing nutritional advice - all with a view to retain and convert
• Dealing with over the phone cancellation requests
• Weekly reporting to management about sales achievements
• Maintaining high level of customer service and always going the extra mile
• Quickly developing knowledge of company core products and procedures to be able to provide excellent service and increase retention

What we are looking for:

• An outstanding sales professional with a min of 1 year of telephone sales experience
• Strong negotiating skills
• Self-motivated, naturally warm, driven, energetic and confident person
• Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations in a calm and patient manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in health and nutrition
• Knowledge of foreign languages will be advantageous (especially German, Dutch)

• 23k – 27k salary (depending on experience) + plus bonus scheme (£20k OTE)

• Hours of work: 40 hours per week on a rota between the hours of 7AM- 11PM with a 2 weeks' notice
