Job Overview:
The Contracts Coordinator is a client facing position, responsible for the oversight of team sales. At any given time, you will be overseeing multiple contracts and/or leases. You will respond to offers on our listings, track negotiations and hit all deadlines to make sure the process goes smoothly. Another responsibility is to make sure fellow team members and all parties involved in the sale are informed of key details.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Creating, reviewing and electronically filing contracts as well as other documentation related to the sales process
• Proactively managing contract contingencies and deadlines
• Communicating with our clients, their attorneys, inspectors, contractors, appraisers and the sales team
• Attending appointments out of the office including home inspections, appraisals, final walk-throughs and closings
• Ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date in SalesForce (our database)
Skills and Abilities:
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have relentlessly high standards and are never satisfied with mediocrity
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Tech-savvy
• Aptitude to effectively prioritize and work independently and as a team member
• Ability to adapt to new situations and think on your feet
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office
• Two years of project management and transaction management experience
• This position does not require a real estate license. However, the Residential real estate experience is preferred
• Have a car (preferred)
• SalesForce experience (preferred)
