What will you do?

As a Touring Agent, you would be responsible for scheduling & facilitating tours in tandem with our proprietary AI. You will also be spending the majority of your time on tours with clients, helping them find a perfect home in the Dallas Area.
Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing client criteria and scheduling tours ahead of time (client approved buildings will be provided).
• Reviewing client criteria and scheduling tours ahead of time (tours will either be in person or facilitated through referrals, client approved buildings will be provided).
• Building trust with clients throughout the tours and helping them find future homes.
• Follow up after tours with the client to see whether they would like to apply for a unit, or continue searching, in which case you will schedule another tour with more buildings within their criteria.
The Touring Agent Position is for you if:

• Have acquired or are willing to begin/in the process of acquiring TREC licenses
• You love making friends with anyone and everyone (value customer service)
• Have a history of producing 10-20 leases monthly in the real estate industry
• History of generating leases from inbound leads
• You have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
•Well versed in the DFW market to efficiently place clients in apartment rental units
